weight loss

Well 1 month into what I've named the "change me for life plan" I have lost a total of 5 kilos aka 11 pounds. Almost all of the weight I initially put on since I've come to Australia, which is VERY exciting! It hasn't exactly been easy, and if I've learned anything so far, it is that it takes a lot of hard work, dedication and will power to eat better and motivation to make it to the gym or do physical activity. There is no miracle to get skinny (with the possible exception of Gastric Bypass surgery for the grossly obese **not eww gross, but big gross**) I'm excited about losing inches and pounds, and most of all that I am already feeling FANTASTIC about it!! Thanks to those of you cheering me and the rest of us on, and Good luck to everyone out there in trying to find what works for you! Hopefully it will just keep getting better!!

Hopefully the weight that you have lost will help motivate you to keep it up. Sweet! That is a great step in the right direction. Keep your eyes on the prize, and work at it a little every day and it will be gone like *that* Keep it up!
