I am about to buy one of the books for either one of these diets but am trying to figure out what the difference is between the two of them. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the Atkins diet and the South Beach diet. And which one is a better book to buy. I really need to hear from someone about their opinion on it I plan to go out and buy one of the books on Friday so that I can get a start with this weight that I need to lose . I know that it is going to take a long time being that I want to lose 100lbs.
