I really need to stick to a diet plan and one that works...so what do you all think of this one: [i:83c99ff3f2][b:83c99ff3f2]Breakfast:[/b:83c99ff3f2][/i:83c99ff3f2] Cup of special K cereal (or other brand) dry [i:83c99ff3f2][b:83c99ff3f2]Lunch:[/b:83c99ff3f2][/i:83c99ff3f2] Water or diet coke..(i never have ate at school even when I wasnt on a diet) [i:83c99ff3f2][b:83c99ff3f2]Dinner:[/b:83c99ff3f2][/i:83c99ff3f2] Whatever we are having except for no meat except maybe chicken. And smaller portions than I normally would take in. And maybe occasionally some chocolate or whatever... Should I make any adjustments? Thanks :D

It sounds like you would not get enough food with that diet. If your body does not get enough food everyday it will go into starvation mood. That is when the body stores everything that you eat making you fatter. Hard to believe, but true. If you eat too little you gain weight. I suggest that you do add some fruits with breakfeast, and that you have a lunch. If you dont want something heavy at lunch have a salad, and fruit. Your daily calorie count should stay above 1200 and [b:6eab4803fc][u:6eab4803fc][i:6eab4803fc]never-ever [/i:6eab4803fc][/u:6eab4803fc][/b:6eab4803fc]go below 1000.[/color:6eab4803fc] [u:6eab4803fc][b:6eab4803fc]Kiara[/b:6eab4803fc][/u:6eab4803fc][/color:6eab4803fc]

Ok......thanks!

nice advice, kiara. you have to make sure your body is getting everything it needs to be healthy. 1200 calories seems to be the number most suggest. don't overlook how powerful exercise can be, either. this is another way that you can lose weight without depriving yourself of food.
