I am thinking of converting from Weight Watchers to this diet to "shake things up" here and lose some weight.
I am confused about Phase one. I see different things said about dairy products. Milk not allowed yet low fat ricotta?
I just need to know if all dairy is prohibited during the first two weeks.

You might want to cross reference the book on this one, but I believe it is Soy Milk that is prohibited during the first 2 weeks of this diet..
