i've been on a low-calorie diet for two months and lost 40 pounds. 800 calories or less a day. now i want to keep it that way how will i maintain my weight. i am afraid that if i start eating normal my weight will shoot back up. what if i add back calories with low-fat healthy foods?

Hi Jeetness, First off, congrats on the 40 pound weight loss! That is a great job. Your fear is normal. I think I would suggest introducing food back in slowly, and notate your weight in a notebook. That way you have a record and you can figure out what's landing you in trouble.

Congrats on your weight loss. 40 pounds is something to boast about! 800 calories doesn't seem like many calories to fuel your body and your mind. I might suggest to maintain your weight loss you add some exercise and eat healthy foods that are rich in vitamins and nutrients to keep your body strong and healthy.
