You really should be eating more than just 600 calories. The minimum intake is 1200. Sounds to me like you're getting enough exercise to be able to increase your calorie intake.
Low calorie diets are good, but there is a danger of going too low. If you dont get enough calories your body will start to think that it is being starved. When it starts to go into starvation mood your body will start storing all of the fat from the foods that you do eat and even though your cals maybe you might [u:4e1dd760c5]gain[/u:4e1dd760c5] weight. Also there are some other side effects of not getting enough cals, such as hair falling out. Please think abput talking to your doctor, or upping your cals to 1200 a day.[/color:4e1dd760c5] [u:4e1dd760c5][b:4e1dd760c5]Kiara[/b:4e1dd760c5][/u:4e1dd760c5][/color:4e1dd760c5]
ditto advice here. only eating 600 calories can hurt you in a number of ways. you have to give your body energy, otherwise your body will go into starvation mode (as kiara said) please evaluate your goals and see if there isn't a healthier approach to losing those extra pounds, and don't compromise your health, you are still very young..
Hey, I know you are trying to lose weight, but 600 calories is not enough for one day. You could be doing more damage that you know. About 5 years ago, I was super obsessed with my weight. I ate around 400 calories a day and exercised too much. After that I was borderline anorexic and it took me a long time to get over that. Still 5 years later, I still have problems with eatting normally. I would try losing weight at a slower pace and make goals that are reasonable. I know you just want that weight off, but you are hurting yourself. Don't do that. :D
