Tinkerbel Thats great ! What is your eating plan ?
Well, I don't really have a set strict eating plan. I eat 3 small meals with 2 snacks inbetween everyday. The snacks are usually either fruit or yogurt of some kind. Breakfast is usually cereal with 1% milk. Lunch is either a salad or a piece of whole grain toast with some tuna. Dinner is usually meat or fish with vegetables. The thing thats really helping me lose weight is the gym. I try to go at least 3 times a week. I usually do 45 minutes of cardio and about 10 minutes of weight training. On top of that I do yoga everyday.

What was your highest weight ? mine was 183
My highest weight was somewhere in the high 180's....186, or 188..can't remember exactly. How tall are you anyway?
I am 5'3 my highest 183 lost the pounds and got stuck on 177 for sometime until I started my new weight loss plan . That is what I am on now . I use to be 110 before I had my kids . That is what I am going back to 110 .
That's great news, Tinkerbell. Anytime you can achieve a goal its well worth it. These plateaus can happen at anytime and they are tough to deal with. But once you get past them its a great feeling.
It's like climbing a mountian when you climb a mountian a big mountian, you must rest time to time , so now you have a choice you can rest and stay still and do what you are sopose to do or you can eat what ever you want and end up falling down the mountian and you end up back where you started . 8) Thats how I look at it :D
I'm really trying hard to make sure I'll never "fall off the mountain". Eating healthier and at the right times is becoming a habit. I don't have to be so aware of all my actions anymore. :D
I think that exercise will also help to fend off unwanted pounds. Sometimes it seems like it is tough to do, but anything in life worth having (a nice body) requires some work, sweat and some time. The hardest thing is losing it all only to gain all of it back again. It seems like it gets harder every time to get back to that same point. That is why making healthy lifestyle changes and exercise are the only solution to lose weight forever. Otherwise, as soon as you slide back into the not so healthy habits and *POOF* the weight is back. Maybe even more than the first time. :evil: It is really frustrating, but something that can be done.
