Tinkerbel Thank You ! :D My weight seems to be stuck in 168 so I am going to take mayo off my list and put muster that has no calorie and use a hammer bun that is 80 calories instead of a hot dog bun that was 90 . So this means my new calorie in take is .... 1048 calories a day , I was on a 1138 . I hope this will help me to continue my weight loss plan ... :)
I hope it helps you too!! I also took mayo out of my diet completely, as well as white bread, and sugar out of my coffee or tea. What can really help you if you're stuck at a certain weight is increasing the exercise you are doing. Are you on any sort of exercise plan?
I have an exersise bike burn about 100 and yard work ...
That's good that you're getting exercise. To get past the plateau...try increasing the exercise.
Yeap I lost 1 pound finely !! so now I am 167 man was that tough ..lol :D
Congrats on getting past the plateau! I seem to be stuck at 156 now. Man this weight loss thing is tough!

QueenBee Thank you I had wish to have lost at lease 2 pounds . I lost 1 pound but for some un known reason I gained that 1 pound back so I ended up loosing no weight last week . So I am going to do more exercise this week ... I hope next week I do better for my weigh in ... How 's your weight loss going ? :D
I weighed in today at 144, so I am up some pounds :( But then I again, I know why. I skipped workouts and ate the wrong things for a better part of a month, so expecting to lose weight that way was crazy :) I have been back to the gym and put my diet back under check. So we'll check back in a week or so. Don't fret about the pound or so you didn't lose, but focus on all of the good changes you are making in your life.. that is what helps me not get emotional when some pounds creep back on. Keep up the good work, and it will pay off..I'm sure of it :)

yes ... I have a treadmill and weight bench I just bought to build muscles . :D
That is cool. If you build up your muscles it will help to burn fat. Don't feel to bad about a couple of pounds. I had to buy some new pants because I couldn't fit into my clothes from last year. It really stunk, but not having pants that fit was worse I think. Anyhow, heres to you and I for losing these extra pounds, huh?
