hello everyone today i'm pretty excited because i've weighted myself this morning and i've lost 5 lbs since last week :P . I started last week eating only 1000 calories a day and i've been sticking to it without cheating, therefore i'm pretty excited, i still have a lot more weight to lose. I'm 167 lbs now so i guess i'll just follow the 1000 calories a day plan and see where that brings me. But do you guys think 1000 calories is too little food for me to eat? will i keep on losing weight or stay the same because i eat to less? thanks and i'll keep my diet and keep you guys up to date.


Hiya :0 1000 calories sounds kinda low, most diets seem to be in the 1200 calorie range. I found a handy calorie counter tool that can give you some guidelines to go by: http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html This will give you an idea of where you stand :) Hope it helps!

I tried the site, too. I plugged in 1000 for my age LOL. It said I need to take in -3781 calories a day. :D


good thing it said negative calories. LOL that is a handy tool.. thanks for sharing!


hello guys, i'm very happy to say that my diet is working, i've lost 9 pounts so far :P and i'm very excited and proud of myself. I know i have much more to lose but i think this is a good start for me. i'll let you know if i lose more weight.. i hope i do.
