Not to bad, nice start. Will start working out in the gym and swimming full time every morning for one hour starting next Monday. Looking forward to feeling the results and getting healthy again. I am tired of feeling like a slug.... getting better. [color=blue:f23bf3d7e5][/color:f23bf3d7e5] [/i]
