im pretty sure that you are not alone in your feelings! everyone loves carbs! sweets, breads, cereals more! my favorites!
I'm sure this is the main problem for most people who embark on a high protein diet! Nothing to worry about. Just think of your goals and stick with it!

You're not alone, I cheated a couple of times with that so I would start over again with the South Beach Diet. So....I know how you feel.
[color=red:47f6f6686a]Sometimes it is very hard to avoid bread and pasta. There are low carb products (bread mixes and pasta) out there at health food stores and online. If you really want to cheat try having these things in your kitchen ready to eat instead of the real deal.
