hey people Let me know what sort of exercises you do ps visit my website and add yours Love Kel xxx PS EXERCISE RULES


I do the nautilus machines mostly.


I do Yoga, weight training, and get my cardio at the gym....bike, treadmill and eliptical trainer. My fave exercise is yoga...it's so relaxing and makes me so energized.


i do cardio for a half an hour and then lift weights 3 days on 1 day off. cardio is either a stationary bike or (most days) an elliptical trainer. if i feel like working harder i up the resistance or the ramp settings. i usually can get about 5000 strides in that half an hour. if i do the bike, it ends up being about 8 miles of distance.


I honestly think doing cardio this year has had a huge impact on my attitude. I have felt a lot more upbeat with my blood circulating!


I have been doing water aerobics and it makes me feel more flexible and alive. I can do a lot of different exercises in the water that I don't think I could do "on land" like jumping jacks. It is a really fun workout, if you have never tried it before, you might want to.


I'd love to try water aerobics but as stupid as it sounds I refuse to let people see me in a bathing suit just yet. Maybe once I lose another 15 lbs I'll give it a try.


Tinkerbel.. I know exactly what you are talking about. I felt the same way. But then I decided that life is too short not to get into a bathing suit! Most of the people that do the class with me are actually over the age of 50, so all of my 'fear' didn't even matter. LOL. It is a lot of fun and a good way to exercise, I love it, and I am really looking forward to replacing the suit I have now for a smaller one. Good luck to you, and if you decide to change your mind about the bathing suit thing, I hope you will give it a try..


I gotta confess this hasn't really began yet, but I ride my bike to classes each day, and do pilates three days a week and do cardio and strength training two days a week. I'll let you know how the energy is in two weeks. :oops:


I have started walking every day. It takes me about a half an hour every day. Nice to get some fresh air in the evenings and catch the sunset.


I used to walk everyday! Walking is the best :D
