I'm not really sure about the depressed part, but maybe your tired because you lack energy. I dont know your calorie limit but maybe you should try to eat a few more calories (fruits & veggies). Hope this helps

[color=red:2152919356][/color:2152919356] Sometimes mood changes due to low calorie intake and also tiredness because you have been burning energy you haven't got basically from foods consumed during the day. But i have had this problem myself, and still get it and i think its to do with the number of calories and the lack of nutrients and tiredness also makes us feel depressed sometimes.
