Hello All,
Today is my frist day back to work after have a stomach flu. That also means, that I did not eat a whole lots of stuff. But on to the good stuff.
I parked my car, at the far end of the parking lot to day. It is to far to walk, or I would walk. I walked up and down the stairs, the whole day, when I need to get stuff from upstairs. I even made extra trips to the data entery stack. I only put 2 bunbles on my desk to start. Every time I was done one, or both if right in middle of something, I would get up and walk over to get the next one. I all ready can see that this is a good start to be on.
I also clean out my desk drawer. I got rid of all the BAD stuff. The only candy on my desk is for other people. It sits there. I did not even take one. I now only have cup a soups in my desk drawer. I made my self a deal. I can have that at my desk, only if I walk upand down the stairs to get it.
Can anyone else give me some ideas? I am thinking of going for a walk around the block everyday, durning my frist break. I need my lunch to eat. That is when I eat my big meal. I usually work stright through last break. That is because we, talk when we get our papers.

Those sound like some really good ideas you have implemented. Going for a walk may definitely be a step in the right direction, too.
Anytime you can replace some of the things you're used to doing with something more active you're bound to burn more calories.
