I have recentally tried the low calorie diet, but have found it to be difficult. I eat very little during the day which is fine to me but then I find myself very hungary at night. I then tend to binge and become very upset. Does anyone have any ideas to help me with the bad habit. I really need some advice!!


Low calorie diets can be difficult. I find that the best way to stay satisfied with the food that i am eating through out the day is to break it up into 6 small meals. I am practicly eating every couple of hours. I eat now for fuel and not becuse I am hungry. I found that it helps me not binge so that i can stay in my calorie target of 1200 to 1500 a day. Hey Yeap, i know low cal diets can be hard to stick to and frustraiting when you want to binge. Been there, doing that! I find that if you side track yourself doing something that will take your mind off food, do that. Or snack on a low calorie food like a rice cake or something.
