My name is Meli, I am 4 10 and 120 lbs. I am trying out a low cal diet, but alot of people don't agree with a 1000 cal a day....truthfully, hunger wise I feel satisfied but I dont know what to do when I start my exercise routine. Should I increase my cals ....I am trying to loose 15lbs before I turn 25 on August 12th. what should I do!!!! ps I love the recipe section


:welcome stick with the current plan if its not making you feel hungry. you are on pace to lose the weight if you can keep it up.

Definitley should do it - just be careful you don't clobber your metabolism totally - break those 1000 cals down into several small "meals' a day if you can.
