I am new to this posting stuff and I hope I am doing it right. I think maybe if I get involved somewhere (like this post) this might be the "trick". I have tried all of the diets - almost all anyway - sound familiar? Anyway...I used to be able to lose it quick, but gain it back, but now since I had a child - at age 30 - it seems so much harder. I wonder if anyone has a scientific theory about that or is it just my 'magination?
Are there ANY women in the world (or on here) that have had children later in life and lost lots of weight? I desperately need someone to tell me it is possible. Is it really possible to lose 120 lbs? I don't care if it takes me 2-3 years, I don't think I can go another day eating eggs and steaks and cheese! :?
I swear if I ever do it I will help everyone in the world do it too!!!!! Thanks for hearing my whining! Nice to meet everyone here, really! I hope and pray we can all get to where we need to be!
Hello and welcome!
Of course its possible to lose 120 pounds. Especially since you've given yourself 2-3 years. Over 3 years you would only have to lose about 3.5 pounds a month to reach your goal.
Sounds a bit easier when you look at it like that.
