I have no problem sticking to my diet during the week, but as soon as the weekend rolls around I'm wrecked. Every Monday I drag myself to my bathroom to weigh myself, and I have to lose the weight that I lost last week, but regained over the weekend.. UGHHHHHHHHHHH.. Can I be the only one that puts myself through this week in and week out??


Same here. :roll: If i get bored, I run to the fridge. This weekend I did better though.. I made myself go for a walk instead of munching..


Weekend number 2 of trying to avoid a fridge fest! The weather is nice, so getting out of the house should help.. 8)


How did it go? weekend #3 is coming up soon enough!! :P

Weekends are primarily for rain around here. I have to whine because it seems as if it starts getting crappy outside abouut 7 pm Friday, and remains crappy until about 7 am Monday. That is why I hate the weekends. :cry:


...and at 7 am on Monday it's back to work!


I agree...weekends are a diet disaster for me! I would like to get to 5 lbs under my ideal weight so on the weekends I have that couple of pounds I can afford to gain and then lose them through the week. I use to do that for years it was great...but then I quit smoking and up the weight went. I feel pretty good on Friday then in the evening I have a couple drinks and forget the diet :evil:


Yepper. Drinking loosens your inhibitions and then ya have the tendancy to do things you might otherwise not do! :x

Maybe iust binge one night on the weekend and not all three :) That way you'll have 66% less weight to worry about on monday.


Labor Day weekend Friday weather report! RAIN!and thunder.. grrrrr.. I've been doing pretty OK with my diet on the weekends. Adding some exercise has also helped. Have a happy and safe Holiday weekend everyone!!


I have an easier time at work during the week too. I have gotten myself into a routine that works pretty well for me. There's a little variety in food, but not much and that's okay because I don't really mind eating the same thing over and over as long as I like it. The weekends are hard because there is no real opportunity for routine. Some days we are working around the house, some days we are going to partys or other events with friends, some days we are out running errands. I think because it gets so busy I tend to not eat at regular times, and then I get overly hungry and start pigging out. So ... I'm going to try to schedule weekend activities around some regular eating times and see if that helps. Sorry about your rain forecast ... :( Hope the sun returns before the long weekend is over. :wink: - Joan
