Hi... does anyone have any extremely challenging intense, muscle toning, lose inches, lean work out? Right now I have a 2 pack on my tummy... but I want to get a 4 pack in 3 weeks, as well as drop the love-handles, lose the big inner thighs, and get that flab off of my arms. I actually have until August 7th. So if anyone has an intense work-out regimine that they could share, please post it, I'm sure more people than me could use it!!! :D ~Hermione~ :D


I have to say power yoga - that will give you definition and works your abs and back like nothing else I've ever done - and I've done just about everything except jog (hate jogging... :x )


Tea bo is a great workout. I have been doing it for a while now and still can not make it through the advance video without takeing a small break because it is so intense. I am getting further into it before my break. I hope that soon i will be able to get through it all without stopping.
