I have to say power yoga - that will give you definition and works your abs and back like nothing else I've ever done - and I've done just about everything except jog (hate jogging... :x )
Tea bo is a great workout. I have been doing it for a while now and still can not make it through the advance video without takeing a small break because it is so intense. I am getting further into it before my break. I hope that soon i will be able to get through it all without stopping.
