Ok, so I am new to this site and have been readings others advice about a low calorie diet. So far I have been on it a week and I have seen no progress. I know that it takes longer that 1 week to see results but so many others are getting results within there first week. I am eating b/w 700-900 calories a day and drinking @ least 6 glasses of water a day, and a little exercise (not much). I haven't weighed myself b/c that only discourages me, so instead I took my measurements. Still no change though. Do I need more exercise, or just time? Any advice, I will listen.

sometimes it depends of when you eat. You should try spreading out your calories a day into 6 small meals, in return raising your metaboism. Sorry if you already tried that, but if you haven't it is worth a shot.


dont expect to lose weight over a short period of time. some people find it harder to lose than others. Try to up your exercise levels too. Stick to regular meal times and eat healthily. Once you see and feel better in yourself, you will be encouraged. hope you get on ok Love Kel xx
