Hi. I saw the post on lactic acid and this piqued my interest. Here is my situation (and believe me, I really DO want advice). 8) I've been told that I have a repetitive stress disorder of the ulnar nerve (funny bone) caused by overwork and incorrect positioning of my mouse. The pain radiates from just underneath my right wrist and has been getting worse the past several weeks. I'm seeing a chiropractor (who is in the office with a neurologist) who is doing Pens therapy to help. I've been reading that carpal tunnel and other things like this are sometimes due to too much lactic acid. I've stopped taking anti-inflammatories because I see no improvement. And... I desperately want to exercise again. I can barely write and drive (with hand in special glove) let alone do pilates or any other upper-body stuff. What should I be taking for this? Is there any way to help clean out lactic acid? Should I be getting massages? Help! -Pxlkitty.
