my accomplishment of the day was getting myself out of a funky bad mood earlier, and getting to the gym and sweating today! the weather is making a comeback and i am determined to put my bathing suit on for the first time this summer :)
I exercised my arms by washing my house windows! I know this sounds really lame, but it something I have been meaning to do for too long. I also did a bit of some yard work, so YEAH me :) Hope everyone has a wonderful day..it is gorgeous outside!

Nice to see you 2 ! :D well right now I am having hot coco in the morning and for lunch I have a sub sandwich turkey , lettuce , mayo , onion , cheese for dinner I have a stake sub stake , cheeses , onion , soft drink , and for a treat I have a flakey puff after dinner . How are you doing with your meal plan ?
Could be better :( but thanks for asking :) This past month I haven't been strict at all.. I need to get off of my butt and get back at it again. :evil: That is why it is such a bad idea for me to fall off the path, the finish line is just ahead and I have to make it there. It shouldn't be hard to do at all. So cross your fingers for me.. I'll keep mine crossed for you :)
I know you can do it just like i will ... I tell this to myself I will control my flesh my flesh will not control me ! I will Not be a slave to my body ... :D
My success of the day is FINALLY getting back on track and going to the gym and sticking to my eating plan. All week long I haven't been to the gym and I ate junk a few times. After weighing myself today I was pleasantly surprised to see that I haven't gained any weight, I've maintained 160 lbs throughout this off-track week. :)
[color=yellow:347acdaf2a]My sucess of the day for yesterday is that i did not have a piece of my sisters birthday cake. Which i was realy tempted to do becuase it had a bottom layer of fudge brownies with a middle layer of chocolate cheesecake, and to top it all off a top shell of chocolate. I got back to the gym yesterday. It felt really good to get back at it. Did a half an hour on the elliptical trainer, also lifted weights.. Leg day tommorrow. I feel a lot better. Plus I have been eating OK to boot. After I'm back in the swing, I wonder why I let myself fall off. I need to have more discipline to just go, and stop letting myself keep making excuses not to.. :twisted: So I had to share. I hope everyone else here has a success for the day to share!

[color=green:51e4a87df1]Today i mowed my lawn. I hate doing it becuase we have this really old mower that you have to push and it is a big pian in the butt. Thanks for the well wishes, Bible. I had my leg day today. My first complete set back in a while. So that is good news. I hope that your diet plan is working out for you, too :) One of those old push mowers with the rotating blades? We had one of those a long time ago and I remember how hard it was to push..
It feels good to get moving again, I started swimming a few weeks back, really just testing out the gym and equipment. Next Monday when my son starts school I am going to start going every am for 1 hour each day. Until I am watching what I am eating and have two huge dirt piles to spread out in my front yard. That should keep me moving and sore too! LOL I am happy so far I have lost 5 pounds in 9 days. Take care and continued success!
Sweet, hurty! I love the pool, but weather here hasn't been very summery, if you know what I'm saying..hopefully there will be a few nice days before the kids get back to school.. 8O
