Hello everyone my name is AnnMarie. I have been struggling with my weight for a few years now. I really need to figure out a way to lose weight and fast. I'm already really depressed over my weight and am now having problems with my 12 year relationship because of my weight. I would love it if anyone could help me with a way to lose weight as fast as possible. :cry:


Hi, Fast is usually not the best way to go. How much are you eating now, what are you eating, etc? Give us some idea of what's been putting the weight on and maybe we can come up with some ideas on taking the weight off. Hen

right now I weigh 208lbs. A usual day for me is I will do some at home excerisizes when I get up then I eat an english muffin with peanut butter or a bowl of sugar with a bottle of water I don't normally eat lunch if I do it is something very light. Dinner I eat about a cup of whatever I make like pasta or 2 tbsp of potatoes with a very small piece of meat and lots of veggies. Alot of the time I don't eat dinner cause I am just not hungry but I try to eat a little of something. I'm not a big meat eater and don't like much pasta. A couple of times a week I eat a bowl of ice cream for a treat. I hope this helps.


And yeah I don't expect the weight to dissaper over night. But would like something that helps me lose weight daily. And get it to come of quickly.


Hello! That is quite a menu plan. :) Have you ever kept a food diary? This might be a useful tool to determine where you might be going wrong. Write down every single thing that you eat or drink for a month. If you have a peice of gum, write it down, a can of pop, same thing. You might find you are actually consuming more calories than you think. If you can identify the problem, the easier it is to address it. Have a nice eve! Kristin
