How would i start eating carbs again once i reach my goal how should i bring them back into my diet?


Slow but sure. Start with a small amount of carbs daily and keep a close eye on your weight.


You should read the book. If you can't afford to buy it try the Library. Call ahead because it's popular.


If you're on the Atkins, this is how you do it: the first 2 weeks (14 days -- Induction Phase), you consume 20 carbs a day, right? Well after your 14 days is up, on your 15th day... add on 5 more carbs for that week. So for your third week you will have 25 carbs. For your fourth week you add on 5 more carbs, making it 30 carbs for your fourth week. Each additional week add on 5 carbs. Your metabolism will get used to this process, so long you follow it correctly, and it will be used to taking in carbs, but you still need to eat healthily, and still be aware of how many carbs you eat, because if you don't you'll just gain the weight back. Basically don't binge on junk food once you feel you've lost all of your desired weight, otherwise you'll shoot right back up to where you started from. That doesn't mean you can't have that snickers bar every now and then. Don't deprive yourself of a treat, but just be aware to watch how much you consume. Good luck!!! I hope that helps!
