I eat fruit throughout the day as snacks. 5 crackers to solve salt cravings normaly 80 cals. (check the box it can differ). Cearals that have 100 or less cals per serving(They are out there. Just be sure to mesure it out). With low cal the main thing is sticking to the serving sizes. You would be surprised to learn what you can eat on a low cal diet just as long as you stick to the serving sizes. hey, i know what you mean about eating things right out of the box. i dont have time to cook low cal stuff so heres a list of what i usually eat already made: - rice cakes - low cal popcorn - blue bunny yorgurt or ice cream - soups (minestrone is good and full of veggies) - pretzel sticks - fruit is always a good option - tv dinners (those michalinas are good and cheap, look for the ones that are only like 260 or so cals) - cheese sticks - a bowl of cereal (special k is really low cal) - snack bars like nutrigrain or granola thats all for now. if you find any others let me know. 8) april
Chicken and Tuna are my best friends!
It may just be because im young but I drink about 2 cans of pop a day usually mountain dew, i just make sure that im under my cal limit. I usually eat anywhere between 1000 and 2000 calories a day. I've lost 43 pounds doing this. 325 to 282
i check off brand sodas to find those made with splenda(surcose) they taste like the REAL THING but are calories free Slim Down I would rather see you drink calorie free soda and eat things like cucumbers, fruit, salads, peppers, chicken than just 2 Mt Dew's Quick meals hmmmm : I often use chicken patties cause they are quick and easy on a low fat roll with lettuce tomato and low fat mayo they are just divine Also turkey bacon(30 a slice) on toast with lettuce and tomato and low fat mayo mmmm cup a soups are terrific even in the summer.... about 80 cal the low fat spam is good too I truely believe that it is not what you eat I mean sure it has to be a balanced diet but more eating what you like but measuring everything and sticking to porton control religiously makes your diet more of a change of eating pattern than a "oh my god I cant have that I'll get fatter diet" oh well just my humble opinion
Toast and jam is a quick fix, too and with the varieties of jams out there, you can mix up a lot of flavors. I like to put strawberry jam on toast and slice about half a banana on top. It's good, and satisfying, too! :D
I enjoy cottage cheese and yogurt, myself.. Nothing to prepare, just need to keep it chilled :)
