Hi all! For the last 5 years I've had surgery after surgery for breast cancer, back surgery, total hysterectomy, brain surgery (lesion, small stroke and metal screws to close)and now recovering from neck surgery (metal cage around 4 vertebrae).
I was not a heavy person most of my life but the surgeries, steroids and being almost non-active have added up.
Currently I'm on Atkins in Induction and also doing daily physical therapy. I just installed a hand rail on my pool so I can get in/out without someone around. I'm very geared up about losing and thought I'd see if anyone had more suggestions for the weight loss.
Thanks!
Hi Sasha,
Sounds like you've been through a lot. You sound like you're using a good approach. Just take your time and do your best and all should work out.
Welcome aboard.
