This is one of my favorite summertime desserts..
(Did you know that "desserts" is "stressed" spelled backwards?)
To make this even better, put your dessert mugs in the freezer prior to "chill them out"
Yogurt Parfaits
Large container Low fat/ No fat Vanilla Yogurt
Your choice of berries, I use Strawberries, Blueberries and Raspberries
Grape nuts cereal.
Put a layer of cereal along the bottom of dessert mugs.
Spoon in a layer of yogurt, then top with fresh berries. Layer with cereal again, and repeat. Do this until you have filled the entire mug.. and chill in the freezer.

I had that the other night, it was good except my stepmom put bananas in it. ((uch)) they were all mushy ((blech)) but with berries I really like this!
